Our warehouse staff will package every item to our exacting requirements. Before they are shipped your items will be thoroughly inspected and secured. We have distribution centers as well as warehouses located in Europe as well as the USA.
Orders with more than one item are assigned processing periods for each item.
Prior to shipment, we examine the items ordered thoroughly before sending the items. Most orders today are shipped in 48 hours. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing and not fully managed by us due to the involvement of multiple parties including the factory and our warehouse. Stocks are subject to change at any moment. Be aware that your order may be out of stock when your order has been made.
The policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed after you bought your item, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
For your item to be returned, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it in. It should also remain in the original packaging.
